I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of creating big plans and then waiting for January 1 to make strides towards them.

I’d much rather make my plans, but implement small changes now to create and sustain consistent momentum that will follow me into the New Year.

That’s what today’s episode is all about: small actions that create big change.

I subscribe to the belief that our businesses are always in motion, either moving forward or backward. We as the Executive are the deciding factor.

When we want to make a change that is permanent in our personal life or business, we have to create new, sometimes uncomfortable habits. But the key is to be consistent, and aim to get 1% better each week.

In this episode, you will hear:

  • The 4 small actions I recommend create consistent change, and forward momentum in your business.
  • Why now is the time to get really serious about not doing and how automation can help free up more time.
  • How to commit to being distraction-free and resist shiny object syndrome for good.
  • The importance of rediscovering the value of our time, and how to get better at managing our calendars.
  • The value in investing in relationships and team development.
