I make a habit of quoting one of my favorite people, Cameron Herold. He says,  “If you don’t HAVE an Executive Assistant you ARE one.”

It’s only fitting for a Doer-turned-CEO to love this quote. As you can imagine, it’s hard for me to break some habits of my former life.

I have to actively stop myself from wanting to manage my email account or calendar, and fully let go of things like coordinating travel arrangements and promoting my brand on social media.

As a CEO, I can only let go of these things because I have support in place to free me from having to do everything myself.

As I work with other executives, I’ve learned that ALL of us need an Executive Assistant. But our needs are not one-size-fits-all. In fact, there are three types of EAs that most of us need.

These are the Stabilizer, the Closer and the Promoter.

In this episode, you will hear:

  • The difference between the three types of Executive Assistants — the Stabilizer, the Closer and the Promoter.
  • How these roles can keep you out of the weeds and working in your genius.
  • What it looks like for a Stabilizer to create calm in chaos, so you can find your sanity again.
  • The importance of a Closer to assist your public speaking career.
  • How a Promoter can manage your brand reputation and advance your reach.
