In business, action and failure are two inevitable things.

But what happens if you let this fear of failure prevent you from taking action?

It leads to self-sabotage.

Here are 3 ways to help you get yourself back on the confidence track:

1. Seek to understand and have grace for yourself.

Understand that everyone is going through and healing from something and this will change how you approach your business. Think about other people and take the time to ask them because a good memory for someone can be a painful trigger for another person

However, don’t be afraid to offend other people because it’s not your responsibility to help them figure out how to process their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Your job is to bring truth to the forefront.

2. Buy VIP tickets.

Always buy a VIP ticket at events because you’re worth it. Do this without thinking about the money and there’s something that happens in a zip as you’re stepping into a higher level.

3. Set a metric.

Seek to be better today than you were yesterday. Let this be your metric. Don’t just be a follower. Figure out what’s working and do it better or do it differently. Look at failure as a problem-solving opportunity.

Go out and embody the confidence that you were actually born with. Just be willing to take that first step and trust that your next steps will be revealed!
