“No mind is complete by itself. It needs contact and association with other minds to grow and expand.”- Napoleon Hill

Since moving to Georgia from Colorado, the only home I’ve ever known, I’ve been on a quest to meet other entrepreneurs, check out masterminds, and build a community here in our new home. After a conversation with a couple in our neighborhood, I realized that I should share with not only my neighbors, but with listeners of Diary of a Doer, what a mastermind could and should look like.

In this episode, you’ll hear why it’s important to find your own tribe, the accountability that comes with a mastermind, how joining a mastermind with a variety of entrepreneurs and niches can spark new ideas to change and grow your business, and how to find the best fit for you.

Regardless of where you’re at in business, one thing is true… we all need someone to push us, give feedback, and keep us accountable. It could be the catalyst for your success. And if you’ve experienced success, remember, you’re never too successful for a coach or mastermind.
