I don’t know exactly what the Trivinia brand is yet. But what I certainly know is that I could have never gotten to this place without the consistency of recording.

It still blows my mind to think that I have sat at this desk and recorded the Diary Of A Doer every week for almost two years. That is unlike anything I have done in my life or business!

So I wanted to share some of the lessons I’ve learned through this podcasting journey of mine.

Build a Strong Support

I learned the importance of finding out what you don’t want to help point you to what you want. Delegating and shifting some responsibility away from me has helped me gain clarity when I saw decisions being made that maybe I wouldn’t have made in the same way.

This podcast has also shown me that even if I could do it alone, I don’t want to. If you have a big, audacious goal on your vision board, take a step toward it. If you’re feeling really bold, tell someone else your dream.

Start to build a trusted support network around you who will encourage you on your journey. Whether it’s a podcast or a blog, or just posting on Facebook once a day, build support around you that is going to encourage you to keep going on your journey.

Have People In Your Corner that Will Call the Fight

I’ve learned that you have to be intentional about who you invite into your life when you’re pursuing something new or scary because the right people will stay aligned with your vision. They’re going to motivate you when you don’t want to show up or they’re going to lovingly tap you on the shoulder if you need to pause.

Get someone in your corner. Build a team around you. So that even when you don’t believe in yourself, you have people around you that will remind you of who you truly are.

Your Voice Matters

Stop wasting time obsessing over if you’re good enough to do something or worrying if you’re good enough to get results. You’re worth it.

Do the thing that stretches you, show up for it consistently, and celebrate that consistency. Your message matters.

You matter.
