Humor as a leadership strategy: How it will not only connect you but attract the people you want.

Is there a way to incorporate humor in the workplace as a leader? If there is I’d like to know. And, actually, I do have a better understanding of how to implement that strategy after hosting this podcast.

I love to laugh. There is just nothing better than being around funny people. Too bad I’m not one of them. Or, at least I don’t think I’m funny. I’m the one who thinks of a zinger two hours too late. My guest on this episode is, however, a funny guy. Legitimately funny, as in multiple Emmys for his comedy writing. Bill Stainton joins me as we discuss – with laugh breaks of course:

  • How to incorporate humor in the workplace
  • The strategy behind being funny
  • Humor as a leadership skill
  • Workplace happiness as a contributor to the bottom line
  • The benefits of a diverse team
  • Why you should encourage outlandish ideas
