I have failed more times than I want to admit. While it is frustrating, I have learned so many valuable lessons from failure. Looking back on all of the failures I’ve had in both life and in business, they have helped pave the way for where I am now and where I’m going in the future.

Today, I share some of the lessons I’ve learned from past failures and mistakes. In fact, one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as a result of failure was how to be a gracious leader, gracious with my team, and gracious with my children. Failure is inevitable; how you react to it and learn from it, well, that’s up to you.

In this episode, you’ll also hear about:

  • My biggest failure as an employee
  • Owning up to your mistakes
  • How failure can result in better processes and systems

If you are not failing, you are not trying hard enough.
